Qオーダー品とはどの様なものですか？
AオーダーはWebshopに並んでいる作品のオーダーとなります。 基本的に売り切れとなっている物は生地が揃わなかったりするので、こちらで生地を合わせてご確認頂きキットをお作りする形です。 1部のキットについては生地が入荷すれば見本と同じキットをお作り出来ますが、その場合は生地の入荷（全くの未定）をお待ち頂ける方はご予約として承っております。 ご希望がございましたら気軽にお問い合わせ下さいね。

A新規デザインは受け付けておりません。

売り切れの商品について

Q売り切れのキットは再販されますか？
A売り切れている場合、見本と同じ生地で制作する事が困難なキットは多いですが、生地が揃っていればキットをお作り出来ますので、お声がけください。 またWebshopをフォローして頂けますと、新発売や再販時にお知らせがいきますので、是非フオローして下さいね！
Q売り切れのUSAコットンは再販されますか？
AUSAコットンの多くは売りきりなので現地でも再販されることはあまりございません。その為再度仕入れることもなかなか出来ません。 お気に入りが見つかりましたら買い逃さないように購入されることをお勧めします。

Aキットは受注制作・生地は受注カットになりますので、お客様都合での返品、交換は受け付けておりません。 商品が不良品、配送の場合のみ対応いたします。予めご了承ください。
